Responsibilities

• To oversee and manage the overall warehouse operations, such as cargo arrangement, transportation, stock control, manpower to ensure all quality KPIs are met under company’s and customer’s requirements

• To optimize the profitability, productivity and efficiency of the current warehouse operation so as to become LLP of the customers through well-articulated and achievable action plans and associated processes

• To design and implement warehouse management plan and support in business proposal to meet customer needs and to provide logically specific value to customers

• To maintain daily, weekly and monthly status reporting and forecast to superior via various systems and formats

• To closely communicate and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, especially with Sales & CS and other operations departments to resolve business and daily operations issues

• To handle ad hoc duties as assigned by superior

Requirements

• Diploma or above, preferably in logistics or supply chain, or other professional diploma, such as IATA diploma

• 10 years or above working experience of warehouse / cold chain operations

• Good knowledge in PC applications

• Knowledge on basic managerial techniques in daily operations, including stock control, company vehicle, department assets, roster, manpower arrangement, training and maintenance of quality KPIs of the department

• Knowledge to instruct and train subordinate on daily operations procedure and quality KPIs

• Good knowledge in occupational safety

• Strong written and oral skills in Cantonese and good written and oral skills in English is essential. Mandarin is an advantage
