Role overview

Support WYK Catering’s kitchen and event operations, helping the team prepare food, organise equipment and deliver smooth on-site catering events.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients by washing, cutting, peeling and portioning; support cooks during food production.
• Pack, arrange and check food for delivery and catering events.
• Assist with event operations, including preparing and arranging catering equipment and supporting setup, service and pack-down as assigned.
• Help load, unload, clean and return kitchen or event equipment as needed.
• Receive and store ingredients and follow FIFO stock rotation.
• Keep kitchen, utensils and equipment clean; follow Halal, food safety and hygiene procedures.
• Carry out other kitchen and event operations duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Able to work in person in Kuala Lumpur and support catering events as assigned.
• Available to work weekends and public holidays when required.

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
