Mac Food Services (M) Hiring! Full Time Inventory Executive in Selangor - Ricebowl

Role Overview
This role is responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy, stock integrity and smooth product movement across warehouse and distribution operations. You'll act as a key link between Production, QA, Customer Service and logistics partners, balancing daily execution with continuous improvement in inventory controls and compliance. Based in Subang Jaya, Selangor.

Key Responsibilities

• Own inventory accuracy, stock reconciliation and data integrity across ERP and warehouse management systems.
• Monitor inventory movement and enforce FIFO/FEFO practices to minimize stock risks and ensure product compliance.
• Coordinate outbound order fulfilment, shipping readiness and documentation to support on-time customer deliveries.
• Partner closely with Production, QA, Customer Service and logistics stakeholders to resolve inventory and delivery issues.
• Lead inventory control activities including cycle counts, stock takes, transaction reviews and discrepancy investigations.
• Supervise and support Inventory Officers/Assistants in daily inventory operations and reporting.
• Identify process improvement opportunities that strengthen inventory controls, operational efficiency, and inventory record accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or a related discipline.
• 2-4 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations or supply chain environments.
• Hands-on experience with ERP/WMS platforms such as JDE, SAP and warehouse management systems.
• Strong working knowledge of inventory management principles, including FIFO and FEFO.
• Ability to analyze inventory data, resolve discrepancies and produce actionable reports.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, Food Safety or OSHA standards is an advantage.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work independently while providing guidance to junior team members.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
