Job Summary

Join Autoshield as a Management Trainee and develop skills in car and SME insurance sales. Complete structured training and performance evaluation to advance to Assistant Manager within 1 year and Manager within 2-3 years, leading your own team.

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply knowledge of car insurance and SME insurance products to provide accurate business insurance quotes, including Fire, Building, Workmen Compensation, and Public Liability Insurance
• Complete a 6-month on-the-job training program guided by senior team members to develop sales and client management skills
• Demonstrate performance and deliverables during the subsequent 6-month observation period to meet promotion criteria
• Manage and lead a team of up to 3 members upon promotion to Manager, driving team performance and business growth
• Engage with business owners to understand their insurance needs and offer tailored solutions that align with client requirements and underwriters’ risk appetite

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Fresh graduates with ITE, Diploma, or Degree qualifications preferred
• O level holders with relevant working experience are welcome
