Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic Admin/HR Assistant to support operations and HR functions, ideal for early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience in administration and HR across Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate workforce records and track employee training needs to support compliance and development
• Manage procurement processes for materials and office supplies to ensure timely availability
• Collect and organize materials required for various projects to support smooth execution
• Coordinate with multiple project sites to facilitate seamless operational workflows
• Oversee general housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe office environment
• Assist with HR documentation and compliance tasks to support staff administration
• Support the preparation and submission of work permit applications and related processes

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel to manage data and generate reports
• Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with multiple stakeholders
• Organizational skills to reliably multitask and manage priorities
