DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Plan, design and administer contract/project of mechanical and electrical engineering

works.

2. Prepare tender documents and tender drawings.

3. Perform tender evaluations and prepare tender evaluation reports.

4. Attend technical and progress meetings with client, architects, consultants and

contractors.

5. Manage the projects and identify any non-conformity of contractor’s work at site.

6. Other adhoc duties as assigned.

7. To liaise with local authorities on the submission approval, site inspection, handling

over process and obtain clearance letter.

JOB COMPETENCY (QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE):

1. Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

2. Proficiency in AutoCAD software, Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel is an added advantage.

3. Able to work as a team, assertive, independent and proactive.

4. Possess own transport.

5. Fresh graduates or 2-3 years experience are most welcome to apply.

6. Fluent in Mandarin is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
