Job Responsibilities:

• Handle and monitor truck road tax, insurance renewal and related documentation
• Coordinate with JPJ, PUSPAKOM, insurance companies and relevant parties for truck-related matters
• Travel to JPJ, PUSPAKOM and other relevant authorities when required for renewals, submissions and other truck-related matters
• Monitor expiry dates and ensure all truck documents are renewed on time
• Maintain proper records for all trucks, including road tax, insurance, PUSPAKOM and other relevant documents
• Monitor and maintain records of diesel usage for trucks
• Handle general administrative matters related to haulage operations
• Assist in maintaining records of truck operating expenses and other relevant documents
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
