Role Description

This is a full-time Remote role for a Video Editor. The Video Editor will be responsible for video editing, color grading, and the creation of simple motion graphics. Day-to-day tasks will include assembling recorded footage into finished projects that match the company's vision and are suitable for social media platforms. The role will also involve collaborating with the creative team to develop engaging video content that aligns with our digital marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Edit raw video footage into high-quality final cuts, including color grading, sound design, motion graphics, and transitions.
• Adapt content for various platforms (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Maintain brand consistency across all deliverables.
• Collaborate with producers, videographers, and creative directors to ensure the final product meets creative vision and technical requirements.
• Implement feedback quickly and accurately to meet deadlines.
• Stay up to date with editing trends, effects, and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects (Photoshop & Illustrator a plus)
• Strong proficiency in English (reading and speaking)
• Strong graphic design and visual storytelling skills
• Excellent attention to detail and creativity
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Ability to edit for both short-form and long-form content
• Reliable internet connection for file transfers and remote collaboration tools
