Role Overview

This role sits within the Go-To-Market (GTM) Department, focusing on market intelligence, channel development and improving channel performance nationwide. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Training and Product teams to identify market opportunities, address channel gaps and strengthen execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular market visits and gather feedback from PNCs, stores, promoters and channel partners.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, promotions, product positioning and retail execution.
• Identify business opportunities, channel gaps and market risks.
• Analyse market findings and provide actionable insights and recommendations to management.
• Prepare market reports and presentations, and track the progress of improvement initiatives.
• Work closely with internal teams and channel partners to improve channel execution, productivity and performance.
• Support GTM, channel development and other business initiatives as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Management, Retail or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Channel Development, Sales, Trade Marketing, Retail Operations, Market Intelligence or Business Development.
• Strong commercial, analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proactive, independent and results-oriented with strong attention to detail.
• Willing to travel nationwide.
• Valid driving licence and own transport will be an advantage.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
