Requirement

Preferred Diploma / bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering or any related field.

Competency using enterprise tools like SAP or Oracle (ERP/MRP)

Advanced mastery of Microsoft Excel for analysing scheduling metrics.

Solid comprehension of material resource planning techniques.

Previous background working inside busy industrial facilities.

Proven capability managing workflows and supervising floor

Analytical Problem Solving, Clear Team Communication, Adaptive Multi-Tasking

Key Responsibilities

Production Planning & Scheduling

• Develop and maintain CNC production schedules based on customer orders and capacity
• Coordinate with design, engineering, and procurement teams to align resources
• Monitor progress and adjust schedules to meet deadlines

Workflow & Process control

• Ensure CNC machines are utilized effectively with minimal downtime
• Track work orders, material usage, and production output
• Implement lean manufacturing practices to improve efficiency

Quality & Compliance

• Collaborate with Quality Assurance team to maintain product standards
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and ISO/industry standards
• Investigate and resolve production issues to minimize defects

Resource Management

• Manage raw material inventory and ensure timely replenishment
• Coordinate manpower allocation across shifts
• Support preventive maintenance planning for CNC machines

Reporting & Communication

• Prepare daily/weekly production reports for management
• Communicate with suppliers and customers regarding production timelines
• Act as liaison between shop floor and management

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,999.00 per month
