Job Opening: Accounts Assistant

Location: Setapak, Kuala Lumpur

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our centralized finance team in Setapak. In this role, you will primarily support the Account Executive in daily accounting operations, with a strong focus on data entry and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Account Executive with daily accounting tasks and general departmental operations.
• Perform accurate data entry for invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and other financial records.
• Receive and process documents coordinated by the HQ team in Kajang and multiple branches across Malaysia.
• Maintain a neat and organized filing system for both physical and digital accounting documents.
• Perform basic administrative and clerical duties to support the finance team as needed.

Requirements

• Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge and hands-on experience using Microsoft Excel.
• High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data entry tasks.
• Good organizational skills and a proactive, willing-to-learn attitude.
• Fresh graduates or those with minimal experience are welcome to apply.
