Position

Manufacturing Worker / Production Operator

Job Summary

We are looking for 20 motivated Manufacturing Workers to join our production team. The successful candidates will assist in the manufacturing, inspection, handling, and packing of pipes and related products while ensuring production quality and workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor manufacturing and production machinery.
• Assist with pipe production, cutting, forming, assembly, and processing activities.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Pack, label, and prepare products for storage or delivery.
• Load, unload, move, and arrange raw materials and finished products.
• Maintain cleanliness and good housekeeping in the production area.
• Follow company Safety, Health & Environmental (SHE) rules and procedures.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and production instructions.
• Report machine problems, product defects, or safety issues to the supervisor.
• Meet daily production targets and maintain good work quality.
• Work cooperatively with supervisors and other production team members.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Production Supervisor.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM / O-Level or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with no manufacturing experience are welcome.
• Previous factory/manufacturing experience is an advantage.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual work.
• Willing to work in shifts, overtime, weekends, or public holidays when required.
• Able to work in a team and follow instructions.
• Responsible, punctual, hardworking, and disciplined.
• Good attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Must comply with workplace safety requirements.

• Ability to operate equipment safely after training.
• Good teamwork and communication.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets.
