Duties & Responsibilities
To interpret engineering flow schemes and piping symbols.
To generate isometric drawings from piping layout drawings and weld mapping.
To perform material take-off from piping isometric and layout drawings.
To perform piping stress analysis.
To select appropriate piping materials.
To check test package.
To maintain a proper record and filing of all incoming / outgoing drawings.
To prepare isometric drawings and weldmaps as and when required.
To liaise with Clients on engineering matters related to project.
To carry out engineering calculations and/or design as and when required.
To provide technical and engineering support for the project.
To carry out any other duties as and when assigned by the immediate supervisor or higher management.
Qualification & Experience Generally Required
Degree / Diploma in Mechanical / Civil / Chemical Engineering or its equivalent.
2 years relevant experiences in petrochemical plants.
Good technical competence.
Good organizing and coordination skills.
Good communication skills.
Proficiency in computer knowledge of MS Word, Excel, AutoCAD, PDMS, 3D SmartPlant, etc.
