About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Executive to join our sales team at Mosaic Expert Sdn Bhd. This is a full-time position based in the Klang District, Selangor. As a Project Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing sales initiatives, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This position is strategic in nature, bridging the gap between our sales objectives and successful project delivery, whilst contributing directly to the company's growth and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and sales leads within assigned territories or sectors

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their needs and requirements

• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client specifications

• Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements

• Manage the sales pipeline, track progress, and maintain accurate records of all client interactions and transactions

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project initiation and delivery following sales closure

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and positioning

• Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators on a consistent basis

• Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecast projections to management

• Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences to expand market reach and generate leads

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a sales representative or sales consultant role within a B2B or B2C environment

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients and stakeholders

• Excellent negotiation and closing skills with the ability to handle objections professionally

• Self-motivated, ambitious, and results-oriented mindset with a competitive spirit

• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications

• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Knowledge of the local market and business landscape in Selangor is advantageous

• Willingness to travel within the region to meet clients and attend business-related events

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
