Key responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate accounting records.

• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities.

• Perform bank reconciliation and ensure transactions are properly recorded.

• Maintain the General Ledger (GL) and supporting accounting schedules.

• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports, including Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet.

• Process invoices, payments, receipts and other accounting documents.

• Monitor outstanding receivables and payables.

• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.

• Ensure proper filing and maintenance of accounting documents.

• Liaise with internal departments and external parties on accounting-related matters.

• Perform other accounting duties and tasks assigned by the management.

About you

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.

• 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience is preferred.

• Good understanding of basic accounting principles and double-entry bookkeeping.

• Familiarity with AP, AR, bank reconciliation, General Ledger, Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

• Experience with accounting software is an advantage.

• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.

• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

• Responsible, proactive and willing to learn.
