The company provides UPS systems and Industrial Automatic Voltage Regulators, catering to the needs of businesses, education institutions, and commercial establishments.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain the full set of accounts, including GL, AR, AP, Petty Cash and financial reporting

• Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing

• Perform daily accounting operations

• Monitor and manage monthly cash flow

• Reconcile bank statements, accounts and intercompany transactions

• Issue and verify invoices, credit notes and debit notes

• Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collection of receivables

• Maintain accurate aging reports and ensure proper credit control

• Process supplier invoices, payments and staff claims

• Verify vendor invoices and ensure proper documentation and approvals

• Assist in preparing financial statements, cash flow reports and management reports

• Liaise with external auditor and assist in year-end audit

• Ensure proper documentation and filing to support all accounting entries

• Perform any ad hoc duties assigned from time to time

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.

• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English

• Minimum 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Preferably candidate with experience in full set accounts .

• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

• Applicants must be willing to work in Taman Perindustrian Kinrara, Puchong.
