Job Summary
Veev Digital Works is seeking an experienced, organised and hands-on Project Manager to manage the end-to-end delivery of digital learning, eLearning and multimedia projects. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality standards.
Responsibilities
Manage digital learning and multimedia projects from kick-off through development, review, implementation, and final delivery to meet client expectations
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, milestones, resource plans, and delivery timelines to ensure timely completion
Coordinate cross-functional teams including Learning Designers, Multimedia Designers, Developers, and other resources to align efforts and deliverables
Serve as the primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle, providing regular updates and managing expectations effectively
Facilitate project kick-off meetings, review sessions, and client discussions, documenting decisions, feedback, and action items clearly
Monitor project progress, identify risks or delays, and implement proactive measures to keep projects on track
Manage client feedback and internal revisions by communicating requirements clearly and ensuring accurate implementation
Ensure smooth handoffs between content development, learning design, multimedia production, development, testing, and delivery phases
Manage project scope and identify changes or additional requirements impacting timelines, resources, or costs
Oversee project documentation, file organisation, version control, and submission of deliverables to maintain quality and traceability
Coordinate quality assurance and review processes to ensure deliverables meet client and internal standards
Monitor project budgets, resource utilisation, and expenses as required to maintain financial control
Support preparation of project reports, status updates, and documentation for clients and management
Manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining visibility of priorities, deadlines, and dependencies
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Communications, Digital Media, Learning & Development, or related discipline
Minimum 3 years of project management or project coordination experience, preferably within eLearning, digital content, multimedia, creative, education technology, or related industries
Experience managing projects involving multiple stakeholders and cross-functional production teams
Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills to build trust and ensure alignment
Strong planning, scheduling, and organisational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to identify project risks, resolve issues, and manage competing priorities effectively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear and professional interactions
Strong attention to detail with a high level of ownership and accountability for project outcomes
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management or collaboration tools
Familiarity with eLearning development, multimedia production, LMS platforms, Articulate Storyline/Rise, or digital learning workflows is advantageous
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams
