Are you a passionate leader with a love for hospitality and a flair for delivering exceptional service?
Mediterranean Restaurant with Pizza, Grill and Deli specializing in Greek Cuisine is looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager.
Uphold the authenticity of our Greek cuisine and cultural dining experience.
Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver top-tier customer service.
Monitor inventory, manage supply orders, and liaise directly with Greek ingredient suppliers.
Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally.
Develop marketing initiatives, collaborating with Greek associations and cultural communities.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and regulatory standards.
Manage budgets, payroll, and cost controls to achieve business profitability.
Plan and organize special events.
Strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills.
Solid understanding of Greek cuisine, wines, and cultural dining traditions.
Financial and operational management experience, including budgeting and revenue growth.
Able to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

The Greek origin of the words Pano Kato refers to the

unpretentious, pure are key words in Anne-Jean’s taste for delicious home
cooked style food using great ingredients from the Mediterranean Sea and
Region.
Our stylish restaurant with its bright and airy space
is decked out in white and rattan furnishings, also has lovely green
accents for a tropical touch. Perfect atmosphere for your business or
