Working Location: Ngau Tau Kok

Reporting to Senior Manager, Security, you will be responsible for supporting security operations and managing security-related matters across the shipment process chain to safeguard our people, assets, and network.

YOUR TASKS

• Coordinate and conduct investigations of missing shipments, damage cases and other security-related incidents

• Work with local law enforcement agencies to support investigations of criminal activities involving shipments in our network

• Liaise with internal departments to facilitate the implementation of security requirements and timely resolution of security incidents

• Conduct security audits and assessments, and support TAPA certification and re-certification activities

• Manage security systems, including user access management and periodic account reviews

• Manage the procurement, maintenance and performance of security systems and equipment

• Monitor vendor performance to ensure compliance with service standards and contractual obligations

• Perform other security-related duties and projects as assigned by supervisor

YOUR PROFILE

• Post-secondary education or above

• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in express, logistics, transportation, or freight forwarding industry

• Solid work experience in procurement and management of security systems and equipment. Proven vendor management experience will be a strong advantage

• Experience in criminal investigations or security-related investigations is an advantage

• Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills

• A collaborative team player with a strong commitment to achieving organizational and team targets

• Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese; proficiency in Putonghua is preferred

• Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

• Willingness to work outside normal office hours when required
