Are you passionate about facilities maintenance, project coordination, and ensuring smooth restaurant operations? Join our growing team and play a key role in supporting our nationwide restaurant network!

Coordinate daily maintenance activities across restaurant outlets
Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are completed on time
Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and maintenance issues
Monitor contractors and service providers to ensure quality work
Verify service reports and maintain proper documentation
Assist in maintenance budgeting (OPEX & CAPEX)
Manage maintenance administration, weekly reports, invoices, and annual budgets
Maintain asset registers and equipment service history

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Management, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
Minimum 2 years' experience in maintenance coordination, facilities management, or project administration (QSR or hospitality experience is an advantage)

We're Looking for Someone Who Has:

• Good command of English & Bahasa Malaysia
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (AutoCAD knowledge is an added advantage)
• Basic knowledge of ACMV, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems
• Strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple maintenance requests simultaneously
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and respond to emergency situations when required

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
