Tung Shin Hospital Hiring! Full Time Maintenance Assistant in Federal Territory - Ricebowl

Job Requirement:

1. Perform general building maintenance, repair, and installation works.

2. Carry out mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and sanitary maintenance works.

3. Assist in troubleshooting, servicing, preventive maintenance (PPM), and repair of building systems and equipment.

4. Perform installation, replacement, and maintenance of telephone and television systems.

5. Carry out welding, fabrication, painting, cleaning, and other maintenance-related works as required.

6. Support supervisors and technicians in maintenance operations and ensure assigned tasks are completed safely and efficiently.

7. Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor from time to time.

Requirements:

· Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.

· Minimum 1-2 years of experience in building maintenance, facilities maintenance or a related field is preferred.

· Good communication and teamwork.

· Basic computer literacy.

· Able to attend emergency call-outs after office hours when necessary.

. Preferred someone from Civil and Mechanical Engineering.
