- Lead and manage customer service team under Customer Service Manager
- Create and manage project task list and tracker
- Train customer service members on project-based approach
- Facilitate monthly KPI meetings and perform presentation pitches to customers
- Initiate and manage continuous improvement activities
- Support data processing and analysis on inventory data and transaction data
- Prepare relevant documents and participate in customer audit with operation team and quality team
- Receive escalations from existing customers and conduct second-level fire-fighting upon receiving complaints
- Compile relevant specification with operation team for any purchasing or sourcing
- Communicate and liaise with relevant vendors for any operational supply and equipment
- Proven experience in customer service or a customer facing role within contract logistics
- 3 to 5 years' experience as a warehouse customer service executive under any global contract 3PL logistics
- Able to analyse customer requirements and discuss with internal team
- Mature, self-motivated and able to work independently
- Basic knowledge and experience on warehouse management systems and documentation
- Able to speak, read and write English for direct communication with customers and appointed vendors
- Experience on documentation such as checklists, temperature and RH reports
- Able to compile KPI reports periodically
- Able to verify billing reports to customers and service agreements
