Job Responsibilities

1. Demonstrate strong spatial design conceptualization capabilities, with the ability to independently complete concept presentation layouts and design renderings for retail stores.
2. Oversee spatial design management for company stores, including design communication and on-site construction guidance.
3. Assume full accountability for the quality of all design deliverables, including design proposals, renderings, and construction drawings, while strictly managing project timelines and milestones.
4. Independently participate in cross-departmental coordination and communication, and ensure timely follow-through and validation of all related approvals.
5. Possess the ability to review construction drawings with a solid understanding of materials, and provide ongoing support and supervision throughout project execution.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Interior Design or a related discipline. Candidates with an overseas background in art/design are strongly preferred. Approximately 3 years of relevant experience.
2. Proficiency in professional design software including AutoCAD, Photoshop, 3D MAX, SketchUp, and Adobe Illustrator.
3. Stay informed on current trends and styles in art and design, and contribute fresh inspiration to the team.
4. Strong attention to detail and a relentless pursuit of excellence.
5. Possess a rigorous work ethic and refined aesthetic sensibility.
6. Demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility, collaborative team spirit, and a proactive, optimistic, and self-motivated personality.
