Job Summary
Lead maintenance operations by troubleshooting equipment failures, planning and executing predictive and corrective maintenance, and managing teams to ensure optimal equipment uptime and safety compliance.
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot equipment failures to restore functionality and minimize downtime
Plan, schedule, and perform predictive and corrective maintenance to ensure reliable equipment operation
Maintain accurate and up-to-date maintenance records for compliance and analysis
Prepare maintenance reports and lead meetings to communicate status and issues
Develop and implement maintenance procedures to improve operational efficiency
Track and analyze uptime, downtime, MTBF, and MTTR metrics for CDS equipment to optimize performance
Perform Failure Mode and Effects Analyses (FMEAs) and implement corrective solutions
Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate ordering to support maintenance activities
Lead Shift Technicians to complete maintenance tasks efficiently and on schedule
Train technicians and customer personnel on equipment operation and maintenance best practices
Enforce high standards of safety and housekeeping and assist in related audits
Generate reports and presentations summarizing maintenance activities and outcomes
Lead startup, commissioning, and installation of gas cabinets, VMB & panels, and process systems
Participate in continuous improvement planning to enhance maintenance processes
Provide 24-hour standby support for emergency activation or shutdown situations
Perform additional job-related duties as required to support maintenance operations
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Degree holder in Engineering related disciplines
At least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience
