We are looking for a friendly and service-oriented individual to assist customers with their enquiries and provide a positive customer experience. Training will be provided, and candidates from different industries are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and other communication channels
• Provide accurate information on products and services
• Assist with customer requests, feedback and general enquiries
• Follow up on outstanding customer matters when required
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and in a timely manner
• Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve customer requests
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Perform basic administrative and customer service duties as required

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in any discipline or equivalent qualification
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Patient, approachable and service-oriented
• Comfortable interacting with customers from different backgrounds
• Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• No prior customer service experience required; training will be provided
