We're Hiring: Facilities Management Executive

Location: Enhance Forward Sdn Bhd , U6/ Subang Permai Shah Alam

We are looking for a motivated and proactive Facilities Management Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the daily operation and management of facilities.
• Conduct routine site inspections and identify maintenance issues.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Liaise with contractors, vendors and service providers.
• Follow up on maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain maintenance records, reports and documentation.
• Monitor contractor performance and service quality.
• Assist with quotations, procurement and maintenance-related documentation.
• Support safety, statutory and facility compliance requirements.
• Prepare regular facilities management reports.
• Assist with facility improvement and cost-saving initiatives.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proactive, responsible and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in microsoft word/excel etc
• Willing to work on-site and conduct regular facility inspections.
• Those who hold a CIDB Green Card are highly preferred
