Job Description

Responsibilities

Company Description

iRx Clinical Pharmacy is a dynamic and growing clinical pharmacy services provider working across GP clinics, Primary Care Networks, nursing homes, dialysis centres and other community healthcare settings in Singapore.

We offer a vibrant, flexible and collaborative working environment with exposure beyond traditional pharmacy roles. Our team members are encouraged to contribute ideas, take ownership of projects and develop across different areas of healthcare.

With opportunities spanning clinical pharmacy, healthcare operations, quality improvement, digital health, communications and service development, this is an environment for well-rounded personal and professional growth.

Role Description

This is a full-time Pharmacy Technician / Executive role based in Singapore.

This isn't a "come here and pack meds forever" job. Pharmacy operations form the foundation of the role, but the opportunities go far beyond that.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting pharmacy operations including dispensing, packing, inventory and medication management
  • Administrative and operational support, documentation and billing
  • Coordinating with patients, clinics and healthcare partners
  • Supporting quality improvement and new service development
  • Supporting social media, communications and outreach
  • Participating in app development, digital health and technology projects
  • Supporting new projects and business initiatives as iRx grows

The role offers exposure to how a healthcare service operates, grows and evolves, not just the pharmacy component of the business.

For the right individual, there is significant room to grow with the organisation. The role can evolve according to your strengths and interests, with opportunities to take ownership of projects and develop in areas such as healthcare operations, project management, digital health, communications and service development.

Qualifications

  • Relevant pharmacy technician or healthcare-related certification/diploma preferred
  • Pharmacy or healthcare experience would be advantageous
  • Organised, detail-oriented and comfortable with administrative and operational work
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable with basic computer applications and digital tools
  • Able to work independently and adapt to a dynamic environment
  • Most importantly, we are looking for someone who is proactive, curious, willing to learn and keen to grow with the team

Pay: $2,107.65 - $4,518.26 per month

Benefits:

  • Flexible schedule

Work Location: In person
