- Market Intelligence & Research: Design and execute comprehensive primary and secondary market research, analyzing macroeconomic trends, regulatory landscapes, and industry value chains.
- Performance Tracking & KPI Auditing: Establish, monitor, and audit cross-departmental corporate performance metrics (KPIs) to identify operational bottlenecks and tracking alignment against organizational milestones.
- Quantitative Modeling & Cost Analytics: Build, track, and optimize financial models, pricing metrics, and corporate feasibility data sheets to analyze the commercial viability of new business initiatives.
- Executive Briefings & Visualizations: Compile and translate multi-layered research data and financial tracking metrics into intuitive dashboard charts and high-impact presentation decks for management review.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as a central communication link between front-office business units, regional market desks, and backend operations teams to synchronize strategic pilot projects.
- Data Governance Compliance: Enforce strict data security standards across all physical and digital research archives, ensuring full compliance with internal corporate guidelines and the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
