BIM Modeler (MEP)

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are looking for an experienced MEP BIM Modeler to develop and manage BIM models for MEP systems in construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and update MEP BIM models using Revit.
• Prepare detailed 3D models and shop drawings.
• Coordinate MEP services with architectural and structural models.
• Identify and resolve clashes using BIM coordination tools.
• Work closely with engineers, contractors, and project teams.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in MEP, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in BIM modeling and Revit.
• Knowledge of MEP systems and construction drawings.
• Singapore project experience is preferred.
