Responsibilities
Accountants have an eye for detail and love how numbers can tell a story. With an investigative mind, you ensure budget are optimally used and expenditures are substantiated spending.
Job Description
- Handle full set of accounts, and responsible for monthly closing and financial closing
- Assist with the management of the company’s accounts receivables and accounts payables
- Perform cash management and bank reconciliations for company bank accounts
- Assist in preparation of month-end relevant reports
- Ensure timely payment of salaries, CPF contributions and levies
- Ensure income tax and GST compliance
- Assist with budget preparation and financial audit
- Location: Pasir Panjang Head Office
Job requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, ACCA or its equivalent
- Meticulous detailed-oriented and sensitive with numbers
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Proficient in MS office particularly MS Excel
- Preferably with at least 2 years of relevant experience in accounting
- Familiarity with Sage or MYOB accounting software is preferred
