Career Land Center is hiring a SPA Receptionist to join a professional beauty salon team in Kuwait.

This is a contract opportunity for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused professional who enjoys working in a beauty and hospitality environment.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet clients in a professional and friendly manner.
• Manage appointments, bookings, and salon schedules.
• Answer phone calls, messages, and client inquiries.
• Provide information about salon services, prices, and availability.
• Check clients in and assist with their requests during their visit.
• Coordinate with beauty specialists and salon staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Handle customer questions and concerns professionally.
• Follow salon policies, hygiene standards, and customer service procedures.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a receptionist, preferably in a beauty salon, spa, hotel, or hospitality environment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Professional and welcoming attitude.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to manage appointments.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays when required.
• Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
