The intern shall assist the Finance team with invoice validation, reconciliation and supplier documentation while gaining hands-on experience in financial systems and administrative processes.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform daily AP invoice validation
• Validate daily sales transactions from POS, e-commerce, and manual records.
• Record sales and receivables in system
• Assist in investigating payment discrepancies
• Provide support for month end closing activities and audit documentationsassign
• Perform general administrative duties, such as checking, filling, compiling documents and other ad-hoc task.

Job Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in fields related to Finance / Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Business Administration or any field.
• Minimum CGPA of 3.0.
• Able to commit at least 6 months. Students in their final semester are encouraged to submit their applications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Willing to work at Old Klang Road
