Communications & Marketing Executive

Salary: S$2,600 – S$3,500 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a Communications & Marketing Executive who is creative, proactive and hands-on to support our company’s communications, marketing activities, events and stakeholder engagement.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, creating content, organising events and being involved in different aspects of company activities. You will work closely with internal teams, project sites and external stakeholders to strengthen our company image and support business and corporate initiatives.

The successful candidate should be organised, resourceful and comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment where every day can be different.

Key ResponsibilitiesCommunications & Marketing

• Manage and update company website and social media platforms, including LinkedIn and Instagram.
• Create and coordinate posters, presentations, brochures, company profiles and other marketing materials.
• Develop engaging content featuring company activities, projects, people and achievements.
• Coordinate project photography and maintain photo/video records for marketing, company profiles and tender submissions.
• Support preparation of marketing and tender-related materials.

Events & Employee Engagement

• Plan and coordinate company events, project site activities, CSR programmes, team building and company trips.
• Support festive celebrations, employee engagement activities and corporate gifts.
• Coordinate with vendors, venues and external parties to ensure smooth execution of events and activities.

Stakeholder & External Coordination

• Maintain good working relationships with external stakeholders and support company-level coordination.

Administration & Support

• Provide basic IT and office administration support when required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Communications, Marketing, Mass Communications, Business or a related discipline.
• Preferably 1–3 years of relevant experience in communications, marketing, events, administration or related roles.
• Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio and good attitude are welcome to apply.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and confidence in dealing with different stakeholders.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Capcut, Adobe or other design/content tools.
• Familiar with social media platforms such as LinkedIn and Instagram.
• Organised, proactive, resourceful and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Willing to be hands-on and occasionally visit project sites or attend company activities/events.
• Experience in the construction industry will be an advantage.
