New Product Introduction (NPI)

· Assist in the coordination and execution of NPI projects, including design review, prototyping, and pilot runs.

· Support validation activities to ensure new products meet quality, performance, and customer specifications.

· Prepare and update work instructions, process flow charts, and control plans for new product launches.

Process Engineering Support

· Assist in developing, optimising, and standardising manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost control.

· Monitor process parameters and recommend adjustments to maintain product quality.

· Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for process-related issues.

Technical Support

· Provide day-to-day technical assistance to production teams to resolve machine or process problems.

· Assist in the setup and trial runs of machines for new or modified processes.

Maintenance & Troubleshooting

· Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities to minimise downtime.

· Coordinate with maintenance teams to resolve recurring equipment failures.

Project Assistance

· Participate in engineering projects, including equipment installation, upgrades, and modifications.

· Assist in preparing technical drawings, specifications, and BOMs as required.

Quality & Compliance

· Ensure all engineering work adheres to quality, safety, and environmental standards.

· Assist in internal and external audits related to engineering and process compliance.

Documentation & Reporting

· Maintain detailed records of NPI trials, process improvements, and technical changes.

Prepare progress reports for engineers and management.

Pay: RM2,950.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
