We are looking for an MSPO Executive/Assistant to join our team. You will take charge of managing sustainability records and ensuring our operations consistently meet Malaysian standards. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to contribute to our certification and compliance efforts within a professional environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor and record the movement of certified products using the MSPO Trace platform.
• Assist in preparing documentation and records for internal audits and annual surveillance audits conducted by certification bodies.
• Maintain organized filing systems for all sustainability-related documents and reports.
• Coordinate with suppliers to verify their certification status and ensure compliance with MSPO requirements.
• Perform ad-hoc assignments and assist in developing contingency plans as required by management.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience related to internal/external sustainability audits (Exposure to MSPO/RSPO is a plus).
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically Word and Excel).
• Required: English and Bahasa Malaysia (Spoken & Written).
• Able to handle multiple tasks, work independently, and meet tight deadlines.
• Willing to travel when required.
• Work Location: Kuala Lumpur
