Requirements
- Experience: 2+ years of professional copywriting experience, ideally within an agency or fast paced marketing environment.
- Tech & AI Literacy: Practical experience integrating AI tools into daily creative workflows (prompt engineering, iterative drafting, ideation).
- Client Management: Superior verbal communication and presentation skills. Comfortable leading client calls and selling creative ideas.
- Strategic Acumen: Ability to analyze complex client briefs and distill them into clear, actionable creative directions.
- Portfolio: Strong portfolio demonstrating high converting copy and polished creative concepts across diverse platforms.
Responsibilities
- Creative & Strategic Copywriting: Craft compelling copy across digital campaigns, brand positioning guides, social media, landing pages, and long form collateral.
- AI-Enhanced Workflow: Leverage generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to streamline research, outline concepts, prototype messaging options, and scale output without compromising original voice or strategic intent.
- Client Engagement & Pitching: Lead creative discussions, present copy concepts directly to key stakeholders, explain the strategic rationale behind messaging, and manage client feedback gracefully.
- Brand Voice Ownership: Adapt tone seamlessly across diverse client accounts, ensuring consistent, high converting messaging across all touchpoints.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with our Strats, Designers, and Video team to deliver integrated creative concepts on schedule.
