C Son Office Solution Hiring! Full Time Account Executive in Federal Territory, Earn up to MYR 5,000 - Ricebowl

Responsibilities:

• Can independent to handling whole account.
• Handling daily documentation and proper filling system to ensure documents are traceable in an efficient manner.
• Perform day to day processing of account payable, invoicing and account receivable transaction to ensure that municipal finance are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner.
• Maintain vendor & customer information in cloud storage.
• Perform weekly bank reconciliation, AR & AP reconciliation.
• Receive, input, verify and process all AP invoice, expenses, utilities, monthly rental and etc.
• Preparation for payment and payment voucher on time, ensure all documents and records are well organized.
• Coordinate and assist in administrative, banking matters, feasibility studies and financial modelling.
• Assist in month-end closing and year-end auditing by liaising with external auditor for audit matter.

• Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least LCCI, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/ Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required in this position, Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Excel, word, outlook and SQL accounting system, will be an advantage.
• Proactive, resourceful and able to perform multi-tasking with minimum supervision able to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, follow-up skills & problem-solving abilities.
• Required language(s): English, Mandarin

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
