Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales to join our team. In this role, you will manage customer accounts, process orders and ensure customers having a pleasant purchasing experience in our shop.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting walk-in customers in the shop.
• Handle incoming sales inquiries and process customer orders efficiently.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for potential business.
• Ensure inventory availability within the shop.
• Stay informed on product updates, market trends and customer needs to better support sales efforts.

Requirements:

• SPM, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, team player with a proactive and high level of responsiveness.

Nice to Have:

• Previous experience in wholesale, retail, or B2B sales.
• Experience in handling walk-in customers or showroom sales.
