- Execute comprehensive marketing strategies, manage brand collateral, and lead digital advertising campaigns across platforms like Google and Meta Ads to generate leads.
- Organize property launches and promotional events while tracking market trends and campaign performance for management review.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of marketing experience, preferably in the real estate or property development sector.
- Knowledge of real estate market dynamics and customer preferences is an added advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office and marketing software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, and social media tools.
