• Process cash, credit/debit card, and other digital transactions accurately while ensuring all payments are handled securely and in compliance with company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, receipts, and daily cash balances.
• Verify the weight, quality, and pricing of gold and jewelry before processing sales.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding pricing, payment plans, and product details.
• Provide professional and friendly customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Work closely with the sales team to support smooth store operations.
• Monitor and report any discrepancies in transactions or inventory.
• Follow all security protocols related to handling high-value items.
• Keep the cashier area neat, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
