Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Content Creator role based in Kajang. The Social Media Content Creator will plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms to highlight Salam Alliance’s services and patient-centered values. Daily tasks include developing content calendars, producing graphics and short videos, writing captions and posts, and monitoring engagement and feedback. The role involves collaborating with healthcare and marketing teams to ensure accurate, accessible messaging, while tracking performance metrics and suggesting improvements. The Social Media Content Creator will also support campaigns, events, and community outreach initiatives through digital storytelling.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in social media content creation, including planning, writing, and visual storytelling for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and others.
• Candidates should possess skills in basic graphic design and video editing, using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar applications.
• Candidates should possess skills in digital marketing and social media analytics, including understanding reach, engagement, and campaign performance.
• Candidates should possess skills in communication and collaboration, working effectively with clinical and non-clinical teams to ensure accurate healthcare messaging.
• Candidates should possess strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple content projects and deadlines.
• Relevant experience in social media management or content creation for healthcare, wellness, or service-based organizations is an advantage.
• A diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Design, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
• Comfort with on-site work in Kajang, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to respectful, inclusive, and patient-centered communication are essential.
