Next Logistics Hiring! Full Time Transport Coordinator in Melaka, Earn up to MYR 2,700 - Ricebowl

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily shunting and transport trips from Mamee Factory, Melaka to Omega Warehouse, Bukit Raja.
• Coordinate closely with the Transport and Warehouse teams at Central on daily delivery plans, truck requirements, loading schedules, and operational priorities.
• Arrange and monitor truck and driver deployment according to daily operational requirements.
• Monitor truck movements from loading, departure, transit, arrival, unloading, and return.
• Liaise closely with the Mamee warehouse and loading team to ensure trucks are loaded and released on time.
• Coordinate with ALP Warehouse on truck arrival, unloading arrangements, and receiving status.
• Provide timely updates to Central on trip status, truck availability, delays, and any operational issues.
• Coordinate with the Transport and Warehouse teams at Central to resolve operational issues and minimise delivery delays.
• Monitor truck turnaround time and identify opportunities to improve transport efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of daily trips, truck movements, loading and unloading times, and delivery status.

Requirement:

• Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in transport, logistics, warehouse.
• Experience in coordinating trucks, drivers, or shunting operations will be an advantage.
• Able to communicate and coordinate effectively with drivers, warehouse teams, customers, and HQ operations.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, WhatsApp, email, and transport reporting.
• Willing to work according to operational schedules, including extended hours when required.
• Responsible, disciplined, organised, and able to work in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
