Responsibilities
Saint-Gobain Singapore is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving sales growth for our building materials and project solutions.
Role & Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, emails, networking, referrals,and market research.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
Follow up on sales leads and negotiate contracts to achieve sales targets.
Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer feedback to help refine sales strategies.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
Handling customer feedback in a professional manner.
Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contract terms, and close sales agreements.
Evaluate customer needs, conduct product demonstrations at site.
Requirements
Diploma in Business, Marketing, Building Materials, Construction, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the building materials, construction,or related industry.
Self-motivated,proactive, and results-oriented.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willing to learn and high adaptability personality.
Meticulous,organized, good working attitude, and hands-on.
Strong communication skills.
Possess a valid Class 3 driving license (preferred).
