Key Responsibilities

• Check collected items against relevant orders to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Create, process, and update orders in the system promptly and accurately.
• Ensure all order information, statuses, and delivery details are correctly maintained.
• Prepare and organise orders for courier collection and handover.
• Coordinate closely with couriers to ensure the correct orders are handed over to the appropriate courier.
• Monitor outstanding orders and proactively follow up on delays, discrepancies, or incomplete fulfilment.
• Communicate effectively with external partners, couriers, and the internal operations team.
• Maintain accurate records of collections, order statuses, and courier handovers.
• Identify and promptly escalate missing items, incorrect orders, delays, or other operational issues.
• Follow company procedures relating to confidentiality, data protection, operational security, and handling of orders.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient working environment throughout the day.

• Previous experience in logistics, fulfilment, courier operations, administration, or a similar environment is advantageous.
• A proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational issues.

Working Days / Hours:
5-day work week
Shift 1 - 7.30am to 5.00pm (Thurs to Mon)
Shift 2 - 12.30pm to 10.00pm (Sat to Wed)

Pay: $2,400.00 - $2,600.00 per month
