Responsibilities
Job Description:-
- Monitor & supervise team to ensure compliance of work in accordance with the project plan.
- Review and monitor site construction activities to ensure work completion as scheduled.
- Handle all documentation, submissions and on-site meetings.
- Evaluation, cost estimation & analysis for M&E Sanitary & Plumbing.
- Responsible for general on –site technical engineering matters and quality checks.
- Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
- Ensure that all material used and work performed are as per specifications
- Preparation of monthly report on job site status.
- Liaise with client, architects,consultants,sub-contractors, suppliers and relevant authorities.
- Attend site meetings and inspections.
- Any other duties assigned by the management from time to time.
- Diploma / Degree or Relevant skill certificate
- Experienced in Plumbing & Sanitary services
- Fresh & Experience candidates with the right aptitude are welcomed to apply.
- Able to communicate in English
- Display good leadership
