Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Management or any related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Must possess own transportation.
  • Interested in sales, business development, customer service and office solutions.
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Confident, responsible, hardworking and willing to learn.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills such as Microsoft Word, Excel, email and WhatsApp.
  • Experience in sales, telemarketing, business development, copier, printer or office equipment industry will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales and business development team in identifying new potential customers.
  • Follow up with leads, prospects and existing customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, email and online platforms.
  • Support customer enquiries related to copier rental, sales, service and maintenance packages.
  • Arrange customer appointments, product presentations and sales meetings when required.
  • Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, company profiles and sales documents.
  • Maintain and update customer database, lead records and follow-up status.
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as Sales, Customer Service, Technical and Admin teams.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with customers for long-term business opportunities.
  • Support marketing and promotional activities to generate new business leads.
  • Prepare sales activity reports and update management on follow-up progress.
  • Perform any other sales support or administrative tasks assigned by management.
