• Shipping Execution: Prepare outbound shipment docs, pre-booking records, and manage daily filing/archiving.

• Carrier & Track/Trace: Dispatch transport carriers for cargo pickup; trace shipments to provide ETA and Proof of Delivery (POD).

• Communication: Coordinate with internal teams and external logistics partners to resolve shipping inquiries and route paperwork.

skills and experience required

• Minimum GCE 'N' Level

• Knowledge of shipping procedure & documentation

• Proficient in MS Office / SAP
