Responsibilities
Responsible for all day to day management, ensuring smooth running of the operations.
Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines while leading a team to complete customer orders on time.
Collaborate with project engineers and managers, supervise and motivate workers, and assess performance to identify training needs.
Monitor and enforce adherence to health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
Coordinate with project engineers and managers to ensure timely completion of customer orders.
Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of workers to achieve operational goals.
Evaluate worker performance regularly and identify training needs to enhance team capabilities.
Good communication skills.
Friendly personality, Positive attitude and Team player.
Problem-solving skills.
Build teamwork to improve productivity.
Any other duties as assigned.
