Job description:

Position : Senior Engineer
Work Location : Iskandar Puteri, JB

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Plan, supervise and monitor construction activities to ensure work is completed according to drawings, specifications and project requirements.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, consultants, subcontractors and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Review and monitor technical drawings, method statements, work programmes and project specifications.
• Monitor project progress, quality and compliance with safety requirements.
• Identify and resolve technical issues and site problems in a timely manner.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure works are carried out in accordance with approved standards and procedures.
• Prepare and review technical reports, progress reports and other project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Company and Project ISO & QSHE requirements.
• Guide and supervise junior engineers and site personnel.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in construction/engineering projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, drawings and project specifications.
• Good leadership, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Able to coordinate and manage multiple site activities effectively.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and relevant engineering software.
• Able to work independently and make sound technical decisions.
• Experience in construction / data center projects is an added advantage.

Working Days:
Monday - Saturday (8.00am to 5.00pm)
