Job Description
- Machine set up and operation according to job sheet
- Monitor print runs for alignment, colour consistency (based on CYMK), registration and print quality
- Monitor ink mixture viscosity before and during production and act accordingly to ensure quality consistency.
- Perform routine maintenance and able to do trouble shooting on quality issue
- Perform visual inspection vs customer approved sample or 1st piece sample
- Record production data, quality checks and material usage.
- Manage ink stock, flexo plate upkeep, doctor blades & other consumables.
- Able to provide training to operators
Job Requirement
- 3- 5yrs experience in Flexo Printing preferable paper or flexible packaging industry
- Must be able to read job sheet and artwork.
- Work Location: Parit Yaani
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
